Who we are
We are a small, focused product team. At the centre of our work are institution heads, teachers, accountants and guardians — the people who use the system every day. We build software that is easy to understand, available in Bangla, and that matches how institutions actually work.
Our work has three parts: the full institution management system (SchoolZee App), free digital tools, and onboarding and support for institutions. We do not sell software and walk away — we stay with an institution while its people get used to the system.
The education problem we are solving
Many education institutions in Bangladesh still keep attendance, fees and examination records in registers. The information is there, but producing a report takes a long time, a mistake is hard to trace, and guardians often receive updates late.
The problem is not a lack of technology — it is systems that do not match how an institution actually works, that are difficult to use, or that cannot be learned. So we understand the problem first and design the solution second, not the other way round.
To make institution management simple, affordable and dependable — so that teacher time goes into teaching rather than into paperwork.

Why the Bangladesh context matters
In Bangladesh, schools, madrasas, kindergartens and coaching centres work differently from each other. Classes and sections, roll numbers, the rhythm of examinations, how fees are collected and what guardians expect all vary with local reality. So we build systems that fit that reality.

Company milestones — stages of our journey
Our journey started from one simple question: how do we reduce the daily burden of registers and paperwork for teachers and institution heads? From that question came free tools first, and then full institution management software.

SchoolZee is run by people working across product, engineering, Bangla content and localisation, onboarding and training, and support. The onboarding and support team works directly with institutions.
