Permission-based case studies — no staged stories and no invented numbers

On this page we organise institution experiences — by school, madrasa, kindergarten and coaching centre. But one policy has applied from the beginning: without an institution's written permission we do not publish its name, logo, photographs or quotes.

Until an institution grants permission, we show the structure every case study follows — challenge, solution, implementation and result. We never add numbers, ratings or praise on our own.

How our case studies are built

A case study is built in four parts: challenge → solution → implementation → result. The implementation part matters most, because it records how the institution's people got used to the system, who was trained, and which step took the most time.

Before all of that comes a step we never skip — permission. A case study is published only after the institution gives written consent and the information has been verified. Breaking that rule would trade a little quick publicity for long-term trust.

Each type of institution has different priorities: exams and results in schools, guardian communication in madrasas, daily attendance and notices in kindergartens, fees and batch management in coaching centres. Case studies and usage context are therefore organised by institution type.

For schools — classes and sections, exams and results, administrative reporting.
For madrasas — guardian communication, notices and student information.
For kindergartens — daily attendance and guardian updates.
For coaching centres — batches, fee collection and dues tracking.

Video testimonials

We publish video testimonials only when the institution and the person appearing give written permission — and for students' images or video, guardian consent as well. Until those conditions are met we publish no videos and do not stage situations.

Customer quotes

Quotes shown on a website should be approved and verified by the institution. We never write a quote ourselves and publish it in a customer's name — that is our policy.

When an approved quote is available, it will be published with the institution's name (where permitted) and institution type. Rather than sweeping praise, we value the real experience — what helped and which step took time.

Logos and institution names — only with permission

An institution's name or logo is used only with written permission and only in the context agreed. We do not mass-produce near-identical pages by swapping place names or institution names — every case study must contain distinct, real information.

The claims we do not make

On this page you will not find any '#1', 'best' or 'most trusted' type claims, and there are no invented customer counts, ratings or awards — because these cannot be verified.

We do not publish figures or percentages that cannot be verified.
No institution, teacher, student or guardian identity is published without consent.
Institution problems are not exaggerated — not all institutions are alike.
Other companies' names are not used for comparison.

Case studies — by institution type

Each case study below is currently structured around a real institution type with the identity kept anonymous. When an institution gives written permission, its measured and verified results will be published here; before that we show no figures, percentages or ratings. School (secondary) Dhaka, Bangladesh

A secondary school, Dhaka

Challenge: Daily attendance was recorded in class-wise registers, and reconciling it at month end became difficult. Fee and dues records sat in separate books, so answering a guardian's question took time.
Solution: SchoolZee App was adopted for both attendance and fees. Teachers began taking attendance from the phone they already had, and the person handling accounts began viewing fees and dues in the same system.
Result: This institution has not yet approved publishable measured results here — so no figures or claims are given. Once permission is granted, verified results will be added to this section.

Madrasa Cumilla, Bangladesh

A madrasa, Cumilla

Challenge: There was no settled way to reach guardians with attendance updates or urgent notices, so information spread by phone calls and word of mouth, leading to misunderstandings.
Solution: Student lists and the class structure were organised in the system, then notices and communication were brought into the same place. Teachers received Bangla-language training so it would be easy for everyone.
Result: Publishable verified results require permission from the institution and from guardians involved — that step is not yet complete, so no figures appear here.

Kindergarten / pre-school Chattogram, Bangladesh

A kindergarten, Chattogram

Challenge: Keeping daily attendance for young children, small health-related notes and regular contact with guardians was the biggest job. Paper notices were sometimes lost or arrived late.
Solution: Daily attendance and notices were kept in one system, and guardian communication moved to the guardian communication feature. Paper use reduced without being stopped altogether — the institution moved at its own pace.
Result: Written permission to publish this institution's results has not yet been received. Once granted, verified and approved results will be added here.

Coaching / training institute Rajshahi, Bangladesh

A coaching centre, Rajshahi

Challenge: Monthly fee collection, dues lists and batch-wise attendance ran across three separate books, making reconciliation hard — especially when students changed batches.
Solution: The student and batch structure was organised in the system so fees, dues and attendance connected to the same underlying records. In the first step the free Beton Boi tool was used to tidy the accounts, after which the institution moved to the full system.
Result: There is not yet an approved publishable result — once the permission process is complete, verified results will be published in this section.

Questions about case studies and permission

Why do the case studies not carry institution names?

Because we do not publish any institution's name, logo or photo without written permission. Once permission is granted, case studies will be published with the approved name and verified results.

Why are no figures or results shown in the case studies?

We publish only results the institution has approved and that can be verified. Because that step is not complete, no figures, percentages or ratings are shown — we do not write estimated numbers.

Can I speak directly to one of the institutions?

We do not share an institution's contact details without permission. But where an institution has agreed to act as a reference, we can connect you with them with their consent.

What does it take to share our institution's story?

Contact us. We first explain what would be published, take your written permission, and send the draft for your review — nothing is published without your consent.

Do you have video testimonials?

There are currently no video testimonials on the website, because we do not publish video without written permission from the institution and the person appearing in it. Once permissions are in place they will be shown here.
