Institution information, access and responsibility
Institution information belongs to the institution. That is why role-based access and controlled data management are given primary importance in SchoolZee's design — who can see and change which information stays in the institution's own hands.
Two decisions help at the start: which task will be digitised first, and who will run it. Once responsibility is clear the rest becomes easier — and that structure stays useful if you later change products or move to full management.
