What is SchoolZee App?
SchoolZee App is institution management software with a mobile app built onto it — two kinds of convenience in one product. The software runs every department's work inside one connected system, and the app puts that system in your hand.
It should not be seen as a list of features alone. The real questions are who can see which information, who is allowed to do which job, and whether everything is properly stored and backed up. SchoolZee App answers all three — convenience and control together.

Use by institution size and type
An institution running one class does not need the same things as a school with ten. For a small institution the main need is keeping attendance, fees and results in one place quickly; for a larger one it adds multi-section routines, teacher and staff management, salary records and dividing responsibility through role-based permissions.
As student numbers grow, the plan can change accordingly, and features do not have to be bought separately. An institution can therefore grow with the system step by step instead of making one large decision upfront.

How the features connect
Having separate features is not enough — the connection is what matters. In SchoolZee App, once a student's information exists, their attendance, fees, results and guardian communication all attach to that same record.
The practical effect is less double entry: the student list used to take attendance is the same one used for exam marks, and the same student's fees and dues are visible in the same system. Information entered once travels through the institution's whole flow — no duplicate copies in separate files.

Mobile and desktop: how you work
SchoolZee App is mobile-first — because most of the daily work in institutions in Bangladesh happens on a smartphone. Taking attendance, recording a payment, informing a guardian or checking results can all be finished on the phone.
In larger institutions with heavier office work — bulk entry, preparing reports, reviewing the entire institution's information — desktop access is more comfortable. The free plan includes the mobile app, while paid plans include both the mobile app and desktop.

How the system works
The daily flow is simple: information is entered once, becomes part of that student's or teacher's record, and comes back as a report or a message exactly when it is needed. Searching through old registers or reconciling at month end is nearly eliminated.
One more aspect matters — who sees what. Role-based permissions mean a class teacher does not see all the institution's financial information, and a guardian sees only their own child's information. Everyone's work gets simpler, without information spreading where it should not.
